Where to rent an office in Paris's 4th arrondissement?

The south of the Marais, Hôtel de Ville and Saint-Paul make up most of the supply. Heritage constraints limit redevelopment, so these are older office floors, often charming, rarely suited to more than twenty people on a single floor.

Micro-neighbourhoods of the 4th

  • Marais Sud & Saint-Paul: private mansions and listed buildings, spaces of 40 to 200 m², a highly sought-after address.
  • Hôtel de Ville: the most central point in Paris, served by four metro lines, with limited but genuine flexible supply.
  • Bastille & Arsenal: bordering the 11th and the 12th, with a better supply of mid-sized spaces.
  • Île Saint-Louis & Cité: the most discreet market in Paris – very few listings, almost exclusively small spaces.

Managed office, coworking or lease in the 4th?

The 4th almost never offers empty office floors ready to occupy: a managed office is the most realistic way to move in quickly, while coworking remains a stopgap for small teams – see all offices in Paris. To compare the models, read our commercial lease vs service agreement comparison.
