• Median: half of the listings cost less, half cost more. The range runs from the first to the third quartile (the middle half of listings). The entry price is the cheapest listing.
• Thresholds: a median is only published from 5 listings spread over at least 3 workspaces, so that one large centre cannot set the figure for a whole area.
• Limits: the catalogue is not the whole market. Many managed offices and floors are never listed online, and coworking spaces, which list many small offices, weigh more in overall medians than in the actual market.
• Updates: figures are recalculated every day; an edition is frozen each month to track trends. Last calculation: 27 October 2026.
